Fall Player Age for Coach Pitch and Kid Pitch divisions is determined by age of child participant as of April 30, 2026.

Tee ball players this Fall must turn 4 on or before December 31, 2025.

Example: A child who turns 9 on February 24, 2026, should play as a 9-year-old in AAA - Kid Pitch this Fall.

Fall baseball is designed to prepare young players for the upcoming Spring season. The focus will continue to be on developing skills for young players in practice sessions and in competitive game environments, with an emphasis on sportsmanship for all participants (coaches, players and parents). A continuous batting line-up will be implemented allowing players to have roughly the same number of plate appearances when the season concludes. Also, standings are not kept during Fall baseball.

Fall activities begin around the second week in September and run through early November.

Season details will be communicated to registered parents around the close of Early Registration.

Questions regarding your park location this fall? The plan is to place kids at the park they participated at this past Spring. Parents will be asked to provide that information during the online registration process. If there are any special requests, please use the Special Requests/Comments section to communicate that information to us. We are here for the kids and participating families... It is our goal to continue to offer a welcoming environment whether you spend most of your time at Mike Chappell Park in CB or Veterans Park. The exciting part is that our Coach Pitch and Kid Pitch Divisions will participate, at times, in both locations!

Prospective coaches may sign up to volunteer as a head coach or assistant coach while completing player registration. Volunteer registration will not be considered finalized until additional steps have been completed, including a background check. If you successfully completed the background check process during Spring baseball with PIYB, you will not be required to complete it again until 2026. Coaches new to PIYB are required to complete the additional steps, including a background check... It's simple and no cost to the volunteer. Dates for coach meetings and additional volunteer opportunities will be communicated soon.

During registration, you will have an opportunity to donate to youth baseball. Items, such as field prep equipment, rakes, bases, safety L-screens, training aids, etc., wear out around the ball fields located at Mike Chappell Park and Veterans Park. If you are able to make any level of a contribution, please do and we'll put it directly towards the program facilities. Send us an email if there's something specific that you would like to see addressed. Additional donation and sponsorship opportunities will be communicated soon.
